Andrew P. Barsom Joins Murtha Cullina

Hartford, CT (August 1, 2012) – Andrew P. Barsom has joined Murtha Cullina as counsel to the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice group and to the firm’s Litigation department.
Mr. Barsom is experienced in all aspects of foreclosure and contract collection litigation, including pre- and post-judgment filings, court appearances and appellate issues, including briefing and argument. He has also handled foreclosure actions on behalf of a variety of clients, including national banks and local lenders.

Mr. Barsom earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in Politics and Government from the University of Hartford, and his J.D. from the Quinnipiac School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, U.S District Court, District of Connecticut, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Barsom’s achievements include being selected to Connecticut Rising Stars, 2011-2012.
