Joseph B. Schwartz Joins Murtha Cullina LLP

Hartford, CT (November 19, 2012) – Joseph B. Schwartz has joined Murtha Cullina as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Schwartz represents clients in the areas of municipal and land use litigation, general commercial litigation and commercial foreclosure matters. He regularly represents municipalities, businesses, and individuals in all phases of local land use approval and litigation. His land use practice encompasses zoning, planning, subdivisions and inland wetlands authorities. In addition to land use issues, Mr. Schwartz also represents municipalities in residential and commercial property tax appeals and zoning enforcement actions.

Mr. Schwartz earned B.A., magna cum laude, from George Washington University and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut Law School. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
