Stamford, CT (May 7, 2014)… Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to announce that Kelly Anne Trahan has joined the firm as an Associate. Resident in the firm’s Stamford office, Ms. Trahan is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and asset based transactions, including financing, complex acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing.
Ms. Trahan’s has represented a wide range of clients including lenders, borrowers, developers and commercial property owners on negotiations of purchase and sale agreements, mortgages and related documentation, legal opinions, leases and corporate documentation. She conducts and coordinates due diligence projects including title, survey, and zoning reviews.
Ms. Trahan earned her Bachelor of Law Degree from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts in 2005 and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. Ms. Trahan was named a Connecticut Rising Star in 2013.
