Boston, MA (September 6, 2017)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Donna M. White as a Partner in the Trusts and Estates Department.
Ms. White represents clients in all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration. She advises closely held entities regarding estate and business succession planning. She also counsels clients on international tax, trust reformation and state and federal tax returns. In addition, Ms. White has extensive experience advising clients regarding guardianships and conservatorships and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her clients include individuals, family owned businesses, and trustees and fiduciaries.
Ms. White is a member of the Law Practice Management Section and the Women Rainmakers Committee of the American Bar Association and the Trusts and Estate Section of the Boston Bar Association. She is also a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council. Ms. White holds an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Rating from Martindale Hubbell, she was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer from 2008 through 2015 and she received an award for being a Top Women Attorney in Massachusetts in 2013.
Ms. White received her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and her LL.M from Boston University School of Law.
