Ms. Aska has over 30 years of experience in ERISA and employee benefit plans. She represents for-profit and tax-exempt employers of all sizes during all stages in the life cycle of retirement, flexible benefits, and welfare benefit plans – from plan design and implementation, to plan operations, voluntary corrections, and plan amendments, mergers, spin-offs and terminations.  She also counsels employers on dealing with employee benefit plans in mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. Aska received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, her M.P.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and her B.A. from Wheaton College.
