Daniel Elliott appointed Chairman of CBA's Rule of Law Blog Task Force
February 3, 2011
Daniel Elliott was recently appointed by Ralph Monaco, President of the Connecticut Bar Association, as Chairman of the CBA's Rule of Law Blog Task Force. The Rule of Law Blog continues the work of the CBA's Rule of Law Conference, which was held in June of 2010. The Rule of Law Conference gathered leaders from the fields of business, academia, medicine, religion, and law to discuss the role that the Rule of Law plays in an ordered and free society. The blog is expected to highlight local, national, and even international issues pertaining to the Rule of Law and will feature interviews with business leaders and others in the legal and political arenas.
Attorney Monaco stated, "Broadly speaking, a goal of the blog (which will be available at http://www.ruleoflawblog.org/) is to keep community leaders - particularly in non-legal industries - involved and interested in the themes discussed at the conference in order to cultivate greater participation and interest in the CBA's next Rule of Law Conference."
