Paul E. Knag Elected to Chair CBA's Health Law Section

Paul E. Knag, a partner at Murtha Cullina LLP, has been elected chair of the Health Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA).
Mr. Knag has more than 30 years experience in the areas of health care and litigation and is Chair of the firm’s Health Care practice group. He and the firm represent a broad spectrum of health care provider clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and other providers. He has a strong reputation in health care regulatory, business transaction and litigation issues.
The CBA’s Health Law section focuses on areas and issues related to the provision of healthcare services, the regulation and licensure of healthcare providers (including institutional), medical malpractice and medical jurisprudence, medical disabilities, and legislative proposals concerned with these fields.
Mr. Knag graduated from the Harvard Law School and is past president of the Connecticut Health Lawyers Association. He is also an accomplished author and speaker.
