Numerous state and federal laws affect the actions employers can take against absent employees. This seminar will provide practical advice on dealing with workers who cannot, or claim they cannot, work. We will explain the way the laws interact, and how they have changed with the new administration. We will provide a framework so employers can respond to challenges which absent employees present.
