Jennifer Morgan DelMonico will be a panelist at the upcoming seminar "Security Breaches: How to Avoid, Insure, and Respond to the Loss or Theft of Data." The seminar is sponsored by CABO (The Connecticut Alliance for Business Opportunities) and will cover Connecticut and federal guidelines for collecting, maintaining, protecting and disposing of personal information and other categories of confidential information. The panel will discuss the applicable laws, how they work, how to insure against losses arising from privacy laws, and how to use technology to help steer clear of violations.
