Alfred E. Smith, Jr. will be part of a panel speaking at the Connecticut ICSC program on the potential environmental challenges in acquiring or developing property in New England. Attendees will "learn about the process fo identifying, testing and remediating potential environmental contaminants, along with the legal implications related to property ownership and ongoing testing."
