Catherine A. Cuggino


Catherine Cuggino is a member of the Business and Finance Department and the Real Estate Practice Group.  She represents buyers, sellers and lenders in commercial real estate and development transactions, real estate redevelopment and institutional finance and commercial lending. 

Catherine also assists clients with land use and zoning transactions, leasing negotiations and dispute resolution.  In addition, she has extensive experience in the review and analysis of zoning regulations in connection with proposed developments. She represents developers and retailers in preparing and filing land use applications before Connecticut boards and commissions and she also handles land use appeals before the Connecticut Superior Court.
