Daniel P. Elliott

Mr. Elliott is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. His experience includes representing American and European businesses in a wide variety of complex civil litigation. Those matters have included reinsurance litigation, antitrust and unfair competition investigations, trade secret claims, and a variety of contract and construction disputes.

He currently serves as the Chairman of the Young Lawyers Construction Law Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association.

A cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, he is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
