Debbie C. Albrecht
Ms. Albrecht is an associate in the firm's Regulatory Department. She represents water utilities in all regulatory aspects, including rate case, financing, acquisition and other regulatory proceedings before the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA). She has experience representing retail energy suppliers in licensing and other proceedings before the PURA and regularly reviews suppliers’ customer contracts, terms of service and marketing materials for compliance with state laws and regulations. Ms. Albrecht also assists retail energy suppliers and power generators with obtaining market based rate authority from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Additionally, as a member of the firm's Business and Finance Department, Ms. Albrecht also works on a variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings and bond transactions.
