Deirdre M. Robinson
A member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department and Chair of the Affordable Housing practice group, Ms. Robinson represents clients in the area of commercial real estate development with an emphasis on affordable housing transactions.
Ms. Robinson counsels both for-profit and non-profit organizations through the entire development and closing process including acquisition, permitting and land use, financing, syndication, leasing and post-closing compliance. She also represents commercial lenders in connection with closings, debt-restructuring and foreclosures.
With extensive experience closing complicated transactions including multi-tiered financing, involving state and federal low income housing loan programs and sale of federal and state tax credits (low income, historic, solar and brownfields), Ms. Robinson is able to counsel clients through a challenging process. She is committed to working with her clients on addressing the ongoing needs for high quality affordable housing.
Ms. Robinson is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE). She sits on the Board of Directors of the Wayland Housing Associates, Inc.
