Diane C. Bellantoni

Ms. Bellantoni practices in the firm’s Environmental Practice Group where her experience includes assisting clients with site remediation and brownfield redevelopment projects under federal and state programs including Superfund, RCRA Corrective Action, PCB cleanups under TSCA, Massachusetts Contingency Plan and Connecticut Transfer Act.  She further provides support, including drafting environmental provisions of contracts and overseeing pre-closing due diligence and post-closing remediation, for corporate and real estate transactions such as asset, stock and real estate purchases and sales. She has represented clients in permitting and enforcement matters arising from state and federal environmental regulatory programs including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Superfund, RCRA and OSHA. She has also assisted clients with compliance issues related to state and federal air regulations such as Title V and New Source Review program requirements, water discharge regulations under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, waste generation and management requirements under RCRA, and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act reporting requirements.
