Diane C. Bellantoni

Ms. Bellantoni practices in the firm's Environmental Practice Group where her experience includes air, water and waste permitting, compliance issues and transactional matters. She has represented clients in permitting and enforcement matters arising from state and federal environmental regulatory programs including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund). She has also assisted clients with site remediation projects and brownfields redevelopment under the Connecticut Transfer Act.
