Dwight A. Johnson
Mr. Johnson counsels governmental and business entities. Mr. Johnson's governmental clients include the Towns of Avon, Cheshire and South Windsor, Connecticut, in each case serving as Town Attorney. Mr. Johnson's practice also involves the representation of closely-held businesses, including manufacturers, service providers and restaurants. His work in that area ranges from advice concerning forms of business entities and governance issues to the negotiation of acquisitions and mergers. Mr. Johnson also works with water and other regulated companies. Mr. Johnson is active in the community, having served as the president of the boards of directors of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra and the Connecticut Charter Oak Chapter of the American Red Cross.
