Elizabeth A. Kowal
Elizabeth Kowal has extensive experience in labor and employment law. She represents employers before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination ('MCAD'), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ('EEOC'), and in state and federal courts. Ms. Kowal provides advice to employers in a variety of industries concerning hiring, employment terminations, the Family and Medical Leave Act ('FMLA'), the Americans with Disabilities Act ('ADA'), wage and hour issues, severance agreements, sexual harassment investigations, discrimination issues, compliance with state and federal laws, employment contracts, employee handbooks, labor negotiations, and other employment-related policies and procedures. She provides training to employers and their employees on various employment-related issues.
