Emily G. Brown


Emily G. Brown is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Employee Benefits Practice Group. She advises clients on a wide range of employee benefit and executive compensation matters—from the design and implementation of retirement plans to resolving plan compliance issues under the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA. Emily also counsels clients on health and welfare benefit related matters arising under the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, and various other state and federal laws.

Emily received her J.D. from William and Mary School of Law, where she was a member of the William and Mary Journal of Women and the Law. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from the College of William and Mary.
