Jacqueline DeAndrus Bucar

Ms. Bucar has practiced immigration and labor and employment law for over twenty years. She has extensive immigration experience regarding business and family immigration law, including academics, professionals, physicians, physician waivers and nurses.

Ms. Bucar also regularly advises employers on a wide variety of issues in the workplace such as wrongful discharge and discrimination, including The Americans with Disabilities Act and sexual harassment.
