James B. Lyon

Mr. Lyon's has extensive experience on the tax and legal problems of exempt organizations. He has represented schools, universities, museums, civil organizations and trade associations in their organization, funding (including planned giving programs) and relations with the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Lyon has lectured extensively on subjects concerning exempt organizations, taxes and charitable giving, in Boston, New York City, San Francisco, Chicago and Washington, as well as in Connecticut.
