Judith K. Wyman
Mrs. Wyman has extensive experience in banking, litigation, tax and probate matters, including estate planning and estate and trust administration, and guardianships. She has advised banks and bank holding company clients on corporate matters such as acquisitions, securities issues and regulatory matters, operations issues, and lender liability claims. Her litigation experience includes the areas of banking, tax, commercial lending, business and partnership disputes, lender liability and civil fraud, and defense of attorney malpractice claims, as well as probate matters such as disputes among beneficiaries and trustees, and will contests.
Mrs. Wyman became a member of the Massachusetts bar in 1971, and joined the firm as an associate the following year. She became a partner in the firm in 1976. In law school, she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and served as Articles Editor of the Boston College Industrial and Commercial Law Review.
