Keith S. Varian
Mr. Varian has extensive experience representing owners, investors and developers of commercial real estate in transactions relating to the development, financing, leasing, acquisition, and management of nearly all types of commercial real estate, including office, industrial, retail and apartments. Mr. Varian's finance practice includes representing banks and other lending institutions as well as borrowers in real estate-based financings and other forms of asset-based lending.
Mr. Varian is also a member of the firm's Retail and Hospitality group, which represents numerous retailers and businesses within the hospitality sector, such as restaurants and hotel chains. Mr. Varian regularly represents clients on landlord-tenant matters, including drafting leases, and frequently represents lenders and other parties interested in retail properties.
