Keri L. Wintle
Ms. Wintle is an associate in the Litigation Department practicing in the area of Bankruptcy law representing Chapter 7 and 11 debtors, creditors and Trustees, in both Massachusetts and New York.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wintle was an intern with the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office, working directly under the Honorable James A. Murphy, III. She was also a per diem prosecutor at the Office of the State's Attorney in Meriden, Connecticut where she met with pro se defendants, handled competency hearings, arraignments and sentencings; and the Hampden County District Attorney's Office in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she handled arraignments, various motion hearings and criminal jury trials pursuant to her 3:03 Certification.
While in law school, Ms. Wintle was the Assistant Managing Editor on the Western New England Law Review. She is the recipient of CALI Awards in Civil Procedure, Professional Responsibility, Trademark Law, Advanced Civil Procedure and Trial Methods.
