Kevin T. Hansted

Mr. Hansted represents clients in the areas of commercial law and litigation. His practice includes foreclosures, creditor's rights and corporate litigation. In addition, Mr. Hansted has experience in the areas of collections, real estate, landlord/tenant law as well as prejudgment and post-judgment remedies in Connecticut. Mr. Hansted has successfully argued in favor of the Connecticut Arbitration Statute on the State Court level.
