Kimberly R. Cahill is the practical and technical right arm of the firm’s general counsel. She serves as trusted advisor to the attorneys on conflicts, ethics and compliance-related matters.

Working closely with Murtha Cullina's general counsel, senior management, loss prevention partners and various firm committees, Kim connects operations, information and technology in a way that minimizes exposure to potential risks, while maximizing the collective knowledge capital of the firm’s lawyers for its valued clients. She ensures matter information is handled in a manner that mitigates adverse risk while driving business forward. 

Kim is responsible for the firm’s overall conflicts and risk management programs, including daily oversight of conflicts, intake and resolution functions. 

She has nearly 25 years of combined experience in her field, including prior work at two AmLaw 100 firms. Her specialties include in-depth conflict analysis and the design and implementation of business process workflows and file structures of all kinds. She has completed many such projects over the course of her career.
