Ms. Glovach practices in the firm's Municipal Law and Land Use Practice Groups, where she counsels and represents municipalities in the areas of land use, contract review, charter interpretation, and fiscal and budget issues. She has also represented municipalities in a variety of litigation matters including eminent domain appeals, sewer assessment appeals, and general contract disputes. In addition to her extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, Ms. Glovach has also spoken and written nationally in the area of crime insurance, particularly employee theft coverage; she has also handled claims involving the alleged lack of faithful performance of duty by governmental employees. Ms. Glovach currently serves on the ABA Advisory Board of the University of Hartford's Paralegal Studies Program. Publications
