Lauren R. MacLellan

As an associate in the Litigation Department, Ms. MacLellan (née Holland) practices in the areas of Construction Law, Labor and Employment and Business Litigation. She represents general contractors, subcontractors and condominium associations in connection with construction disputes, defective work, mechanic's liens and Chapter 93A violations, handles employment discrimination matters for major businesses and manages complex commercial litigation matters involving breaches of contract and industrial torts. Ms. MacLellan has extensive experience with e-discovery management, from litigation holds to preservation, collection and production, and with Massachusetts, Connecticut and state and federal information security regulations. 

Ms. MacLellan participates in one of the largest pro bono programs for the Women's Bar Foundation, Family Law Project for Battered Women. She also volunteers her time with the MSPCA PET Project fundraising committee.

During law school, Ms. MacLellan served as a student prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office at Boston Municipal Court; as an intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Brassard at Superior Court; and as an intern at Nixon Peabody LLP.
