Martin J. Burns

Mr. Burns is an associate in the litigation department. He represents parties in complex commercial litigation disputes, including those involving claims for business torts and violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act. He also advises parties on employment law and immigration law involving academics, professionals, physicians and nurses.

Mr. Burns was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen (DESK), a non-profit organization that provides meals for the working and non-working poor of the Greater New Haven area. He serves as the organization's Treasurer.
