Michael P. Connolly

Michael Connolly is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department. He has experience in representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters, including director and officer liability claims, closely held corporation shareholder disputes, and disputes concerning intellectual property, business asset purchase and sale agreements, financing and franchise agreements, and land use, environmental and real estate matters.
