Monica P. Snyder
Ms. Snyder is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Real Estate Departments. In the Litigation Department, she works on Employment, Construction, Bankruptcy and Commercial litigation matters. In the Real Estate Department, she assists with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial and multifamily properties, including affordable housing. Ms. Snyder is a member of the Real Estate and Litigation sections of the Boston Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Snyder served as a criminal defense attorney representing adults and juveniles at the Boston Municipal Court and the Boston Juvenile Court pursuant to Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 Certification. She represented a wide array of clients in motion hearings, arraignments, plea negotiations and trials. Ms. Snyder also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Ms. Snyder received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member and a Note Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law, as well as the Secretary of the Finance and Real Estate Club. She graduated cum laude from Amherst College.
