Olga L. Gordon
Ms. Gordon concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, contract disputes and personal injury. She represents individuals in personal injury matters and business service companies and a range of other small to mid-size businesses in various types of commercial disputes.
Ms. Gordon also practices in the area of bankruptcy representing corporate and individual debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. She also represents creditor committees and purchasers of assets in bankruptcy. Ms. Gordon serves as a Panel Trustee for the District of New Hampshire.
Ms. Gordon writes and lectures on bankruptcy issues. She co-authored a chapter entitled: Representing Clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court in MCLE's Basic Practice Manual and a chapter entitled Bankruptcy Issues Relating to Mortgages and Foreclosures in MCLE's Massachusetts Mortgages, Foreclosures and Workouts.
