Paul G. Hughes
Mr. Hughes practices in the area of corporate law representing a broad scope of legal entities, including corporations, both publicly traded and privately held partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, investment companies and non-profit organizations.
In his representations of public and private offerings, he handles a wide variety of securities, including common and preferred equity and debt, on behalf of issuers, underwriters and other financial intermediaries and selling security holders. He works extensively in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate law.
With substantial experience working with commercial and community banks and bank holding companies, Mr. Hughes deals with organizations, regulatory applications, capital raising transactions, compliance matters, lending transactions and corporate governance issues.
