Priscilla C. Mulvaney

Ms. Mulvaney's practice encompasses municipal law and land use law and litigation. She has represented municipalities since 1983 in the areas of planning, zoning, zoning enforcement, subdivision, environmental, water pollution control, acquisition of open space, municipal finance and taxation, charter revision, freedom of information, and education and special education law. She has prosecuted and defended judicial and administrative cases and appeals; written ordinances, regulations, rules, bylaws, and policies; and conducted seminars for local land use officials.
