Richard McGrath

Richard "Dick" McGrath has extensive experience in the areas of securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He also serves as Secretary and General Counsel of the International Executive Service Corps. Mr. McGrath recently co-authored the treatise "Proxy Regulation" (LexisNexis Matthew Bender 2009) and "Williams Case Makes Damage Actions for Securities Fraud Tougher for Plaintiffs (LexisNexis Emerging Issues Analysis 2009).
