Ryan M. MacDonald
In his business litigation practice, Mr. MacDonald represents parties in various commercial and business disputes including breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practice claims, claims under the Uniform Commercial Code and collection matters. Mr. MacDonald also represents clients in commercial landlord/tenant matters and real estate related litigation.
In his bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice, Mr. MacDonald has extensive experience representing Chapter 7 and 11 trustees in various matters including avoidance and recovery litigation as well as § 363 sales. He represents secured and unsecured creditors and landlords in the bankruptcy court and state courts. Mr. MacDonald also represents individual and corporate defendants in avoidance litigation including fraudulent transfer and preference actions, as well as objection to discharge actions.
Mr. MacDonald, in his spare time, is a NCAA college football official with the Ivy League, Colonial Athletic Association, Patriot League and is a member of the Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials.
