Ryan M. Suerth


Ryan M. Suerth is a member of the Insurance Recovery and Insurance Risk Management Practice Groups. He has handled multi-million dollar insurance claims, and has represented large business policyholders in connection with claims arising in over ten states.

Ryan regularly seeks to enforce policyholders’ rights against their insurance companies regarding all types of insurance, including general liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, professional liability and property insurance. He also represents policyholders in connection with other insurance-related issues, including the pursuit of additional insured rights, and policy and contract review.

Ryan served four years of active duty service in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. His military experience included a one-year deployment to Iraq, where he served as legal advisor to an infantry unit.

Overview
