National Labor Relations Board Streamlines Election Rules

In what may be among the last of the major actions by the current National Labor Relations Board designed to strengthen organized labor, the Board yesterday (November 30, 2011) approved six procedural amendments to existing Board rules designed to reduce litigation in representation (election) cases and speed up elections.
