Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to Issue, Modify or Reissue Certain Wastewater General Permits

The Environmental Practice Group at Murtha Cullina wants you to be aware that the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) has given notice of its tentative determination to issue, modify or reissue certain General Permits governing wastewater discharges. These tentative determinations will now be subject to public notice and comment. One or more of these proposals may affect your operations, therefore, we suggest that you review them and contact us if you have any questions.
