Connecticut General Assembly Amends FMLA to Provide Military Caregiver Leave

On April 30, 2009 and May 14, 2009, respectively, the Connecticut Senate and House of Representatives unanimously amended the Connecticut Family Medical Leave Act ("CT FMLA"). Once Governor Rell signs the bill as expected, the changes will become effective immediately.
