WESFACCA Honors Dick McGrath at its 40th Annual Meeting

On Friday evening, January 28, Richard "Dick" C. McGrath, Of Counsel, was honored by The Association of Corporate Counsel Westchester/Southern Connecticut (WESFACCA) Chapter. The event, held at Woodway Country Club, included a special presentation to Dick by The Hon. Chase P. Rogers, Chief Justice, Connecticut Supreme Court. Dick was formerly co-chair of WESFACCA's SEC, Corporate & Finance Committee.
Perhaps more importantly, the Chief Justice emphasized Dick's devotion to collegiality and ethics in the practice of law. She recalled her experience as a young lawyer where "Dick treated me as an equal, even though I wasn't."
Summing up the evening, one of the leaders of WESFACCA stated "Some organizations honor people every year. But honoring people is something we do only in the rarest of corcumstances. So when we honor someone, we really mean it."
