Murtha Cullina’s Renewable Energy Practice Group and ECG Engineering, P.C., a State-approved Technical Services Provider for the evaluation of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) will cover developments in ESPC legislation in Connecticut, and typical energy-savings measures that can be achieved by municipalities and Boards of Education with no capital expenditures and guaranteed energy savings. ECG will also share the latest information about Solar Power Purchase Agreements (SPPA), a funding mechanism that allows municipal agencies to enjoy lower, stable energy rates at no upfront cost through large-scale solar implementations.
