Murtha Cullina has named Nicholas W. Vitti Jr. the Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Murtha Cullina’s Real Estate Practice encompasses all aspects of real estate development and finance, with emphasis on retail developments, leasing, housing, tax credit syndication, office and business park developments, and assisted living and healthcare facilities.

Nick has extensive experience in the area of commercial real estate and land use development. His practice includes commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning and real estate tax appeals and valuation.

Nick is a former director of the Fairfield County Bar Association and a lifelong resident of Bethel, Connecticut, where he served as Deputy Town Counsel and is the Chairman of the Bethel Democratic Town Committee. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Providence College and his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
