Three Associates Join Murtha Cullina LLP

Hartford, CT (December 8, 2011) – Jonathan S. Heinlein, Colleen O'Neill and Monica P. Snyder have joined Murtha Cullina LLP as associates.
Jonathan S. Heinlein (Hartford office) is an associate in the Litigation Department. He is involved in contract, construction, labor and employment, and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Heinlein received his B.S. in Business Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review and a teaching assistant. While in law school, Mr. Heinlein interned with the Honorable Jeffery T. Miller, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of California. Mr. Heinlein is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
Colleen O'Neill (Hartford office) is an associate in the Litigation Department. Ms. O’Neill is involved in employment, legal malpractice, health care, energy, product liability and construction matters. She received her B.S. magna cum laude in Marketing and Management from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, Ms. O'Neill worked at the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. She also interned with the Honorable Alfred V. Covello, United States District Court Judge for Connecticut. Ms. O’Neill is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
Monica P. Snyder (Boston office) is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Business and Finance Departments. In the Litigation Department, Ms. Snyder works on employment, construction, bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. In the Business and Finance Department, she assists with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial and multifamily properties, including affordable housing. Ms. Snyder is a member of the Real Estate and Litigation sections of the Boston Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Ms. Snyder received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member and a Note Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law, as well as the Secretary of the Finance and Real Estate Club. Wile in law school, Ms. Snyder also interned with the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She graduated cum laude from Amherst College.
