Murtha Cullina Attorney Kristen Zaehringer Named to Quinnipiac University School of Law Alumni Association Executive Board

HARTFORD, CT (August 8, 2013)… Murtha Cullina Attorney Kristen L. Zaehringer was recently elected to the Quinnipiac University School of Law Alumni Association Executive Board.
In her board position, Attorney Zaehringer will be play an active role in connecting the alumni community with the school.
Attorney Zaehringer is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Tort, and Labor & Employment practice groups. She counsels employers in all areas of employment law and represents employers in matters before state and federal agencies. Ms. Zaehringer’s litigation experience includes representing individual and corporate clients in cases involving claims of breach of contract, consumer fraud, unfair trade practices, violation of federal and state credit reporting laws, violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, professional negligence, business torts, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, violation of wage and hour law, and violation of non-competition and confidentiality agreements.
Attorney Zaehringer earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Quinnipiac University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Communication from the George Washington University.
