Murtha Means More

Murtha Cullina Teams Up for the Boston MSPCA-Angell Walk for Animals

September 26, 2013

BOSTON, MA (September 26, 2013)… On Sunday, September 8, 2013, Murtha’s Mutts, a team of Murtha employees, friends, family and pets from the Boston office of Murtha Cullina LLP, participated for the 3rd year in a row in the 2013 MSPCA-Angell Walk for Animals at the Boston Common.  Murtha was one of the top five corporate sponsors of the Boston MSPCA Walk for Animals raising over $3,000.

The firm organized fundraising efforts above and beyond walker registrations and sponsors which included individual donations, firm-wide in-kind donations, sweet treat days, a pet picture contest, and more.

“The participation from the Boston office was extraordinary and a testament to the remarkable community spirit we are lucky to have,” said Kristen Patten, this year’s Team Captain. “Thank you to our Community Service Committee and to everyone who participated by baking, cleaning closets, contributing and walking.”
