Smith, Jr. as Town Attorney. Attorney Smith succeeds Murtha Cullina Partner Dwight Johnson, who had served as Cheshire’s Town Attorney since 2006. Attorney Smith currently chair’s the firm’s Regulatory Department and is co-chair of the Municipal Practice Group. He has also been a member of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group since 1986. He is a former Managing Partner of Murtha Cullina.
