HARTFORD, CT (October 1, 2014)…Murtha Cullina LLP has promoted Attorney Jennifer M. Egan to Counsel.
Ms. Egan is a member of the Firm’s Business and Finance Department. Her practice represents affordable housing clients in obtaining financing through various HUD programs and represents hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and schools in public financing and the issuance of tax-exempt bonds. Additionally, she has represented non-profit organizations, borrowers, lenders, developers and other real estate professionals in all aspects of commercial transactions.
Ms. Egan received her B.A. cum laude from University of Notre Dame and her J.D. with honors from University of Connecticut Law School. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
