HARTFORD, CT (December 1, 2014)…Murtha Cullina LLP is pleased to welcome Bridget M. Widdowson as an Associate in the Business and Finance Department.

Ms. Widdowson represents clients in the areas of corporate, finance and real estate law. She assists clients with business transactions, real estate acquisitions, development, tax credits, commercial loans and other financings and entity formation.

Prior to joining Murtha Cullina, Ms. Widdowson received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a member and a Managing Editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. She earned her B.A. summa cum laude in Economics and Political Science from the Robert E. Cook Honors College of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Widdowson is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts
