Boston, MA(March 11, 2015)…Murtha Cullina LLP has named Joseph R. Tarby, III as Chair of the Firm’s Retail and Hospitality Group.

The Retail and Hospitality Group represents real estate developers, owners and operators of shopping centers, and businesses within the hospitality sector, including restaurant and hotel chains throughout New England.

Mr. Tarby, a Partner at Murtha Cullina, has extensive experience providing legal counsel to many national, regional, and local property and shopping center developers, retailers, and restaurants on leasing, zoning, land use, and liquor license matters.

Mr. Tarby is resident in Murtha Cullina’s Woburn, Massachusetts office.  He is also a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
