HARTFORD, CT(March 12, 2015)…Murtha Cullina LLP has named Thomas M. Daniells as Chair of the Firm’s Business and Finance Department. 

The Business and Finance Department includes the attorneys who represent clients in all aspects of corporate, securities, privately owned business, finance, tax, ERISA and real estate law.

Mr. Daniells, a Partner at Murtha Cullina, represents clients in the areas of real estate, commercial financing, land use planning and general corporate and commercial representation. He has extensive experience in virtually all areas associated with commercial real estate development, including retail, office and manufacturing uses and including acquisition and sale, permitting and zoning, environmental law as it relates to land and land use, construction and commercial leasing (representing both landlord and tenant).

Mr. Daniells is the Co-Chair of Murtha Cullina’s Real Estate Practice Group and is the immediate past Chair of the Firm’s Retail and Hospitality Practice Group.
